      Quello che ho apprezzato è stata la disponibilità degli hr durante il processo di onboarding e durante l'iter con i clienti. Non ti lasciano nel "vuoto". Stipendio accettabile per il ruolo. Full remote con buoni pasto.

      Cons

      Personalmente mi erano stati promessi progetti sfidanti, innovativi e con metodologia agile. Sono finito in un progetto che non corrispondeva a questi miei desiderata in fase di colloquio (non è un male in sé, solo che non corrispondeva a quanto avevano detto). Ho già lavorato in progetti analoghi ma non era quello che mi era stato promesso.

      Pros

      Working for Dst is stimulating. It exhorts me to be a better graphic designer finding new ways of designing and learning new techniques and technologies. For instance discovering new AI tools, new design programs and much more. Dst's best feature is team work, my colleagues are great and we support and help each other all the time.

      Cons

      Reaching the work place in Rome is a bit difficult for me, since a live far away.

      I have found a collaborative and competent team, with the possibility of working remotely. There are growth paths within the company!
