I have been working with DUFFY since almost the beginning, more than 19 years. I have always found Rhonda Duffy to be more than fair through these years. As with most businesses, in 22 years we have seen a few employees come and go. DUFFY always looks for and values people who exhibit adult-like behavior, are willing to learn, and set a high bar for themselves and others. Rhonda Duffy has high standards because she believes the public deserves it in an industry that has many very unqualified licensed individuals who actually cause harm to the public. This is not the place to work if you are dishonest, lazy, incompetent, or plan to have a poor work ethic. But if you want to be a part of bringing an industry to a higher standard to be sure the public is paying the true cost of real estate and you have a desire to change the industry you will achieve success!

Rhonda offers more grace and second chances than many people deserve. She is so invested and truly cares about each person working for DUFFY that her emotions can get the better of her when she knows someone has the skill set and mental ability to perform at a higher level than they do. Others working at DUFFY get frustrated with Rhonda that she won't just fire someone but continues to push and believe they can achieve their goals.
