- Start up as Jr BSA working in support, good way to get to know the product and customers. - Get moved to Professional Services if you fit and are liked by the PS manager, then do consulting, product demo, training, and higher level of support. - Business is well exposed and have good reputation in the industry. - Team lunch every month and random team chemistry building activities - Very fast paced, and professional environment, high standard of work, proud of their stuff - Good location for downtown/midtowners

- Position title is tricky, says Business Analyst, but you end up doing support. - Customer Support seems to be the only entry way into the organization, but if you stuck at Customer Support, you are hitting a brick wall and it is a dead dead end. - Even if you make out of support, you are stuck at Professional Services forever. - No vacancies at Development/R&D forever. If you like coding and want to be a .NET developer, this is not the right place. - Heavily driven by R&D - Personal growth is very limited. Little room to develop professional skills as you would like - Small company to face competitors from big IT names such as Microsoft, SAP, Tableau, etc
