Dundas Visualization is a fabulous place to work! Great people! Fantastic products. Here is the rare thing about Dundas... they combine a professional, focussed, success-oriented business environment with people who get along really well and love to have fun. I have worked in many, many tech environments, but I would easily put Dundas at the top of the list of best places to work. Troy really knows what it takes to build great software and how to get the most out of his people. If you get the opportunity to join the Dundas team I would definitely grab it! I have been away a while and miss it! Great people!
Cons
You have to produce. Management will bend over backwards to help you succeed, but you do have to produce. If you don't start as an "A" level performer that is okay... but you have to aspire to be an "A" level performer and work hard to get there. If you do, you will be rewarded financially and advance in your career path. Not a good place for people who want to park themselves in a cubicle solely for a pay cheque. But if you want to be challenged, and want to grow, and have a good time doing it... Dundas is a great choice!
