Other than senior management, the staff are great people who work hard but are under paid and under appreciated.

Human Resources sits back and watches as their VP's degrade, yell at and constantly mistreat their staff. Reviews are a joke with no real substance or directives and bonuses and raises are based on favoritism. There is no management training at Dundee, just big egos walking around while the staff do the work. Everyone walks around fearful to say anything and just puts up with it. Accounting and administrative staff are treated horribly. The favorites get away with doing nothing all day.
