      Fast paced environment for those looking for that kind of atmosphere. Makes the day go by quicker.

      Cons

      Not much worthwhile potential for upward movement in company. Becoming a manager requires a lot of training and responsibility with little more compensation.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
