      Pros

      Lots of hours, the people you'll be working with are lovely. Work is straight forward - handing out donuts, making drinks, cleaning, just depending on the person since it's a relatively high paced environment.

      Cons

      There is this pressure to not say no to having to cover shifts - depended on highly to the point you have to put aside your own prior engagements because stores are understaffed. Pay isn't matched up with how you are treated. You are blamed for things that are out of your control.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      The staff was very supportive, and management made sure our goals were clear.

      Cons

      This is more applicable to the stores in my region, but there was always different management so it was hard to keep up with who we were supposed to report to.
