Pros

Dunmor's work life balance is growing and our CEO is open to hybrid and remote work environments which allows for a good work life balance and more productivity. Direct access to our CEO on a daily basis makes decision making straight forward and direct. He doesn't beat around the bush and you will never have to play any guessing games which is good for leadership and autonomy. A lot of reviews on here point out the negative but if you do your job, put in your effort, and provide honest feedback then you would be surprised on how open the CEO is to hearing suggestions. He is passionate about the business and won't let anything get in his way. He believes in it and gives his 100% which is what all CEO's should be doing.

Cons

Turnover makes it hard to build relationships. Overall company culture and camaraderie could be more enthusiastic

Pros

There are many different avenues you can go, there are no limitations to get you where you want in your career as long as you are motivated and show results. We are hybrid and remote friendly, but everyone stays connected and cordial. Management has changed a bit but for the better, we now have better direction and are on the right track in my opinion. Compensation is better than other competitors in the field as well.

Cons

Would like more teammates in my department but I know I will have to wait a bit for this one.

Pros

Dunmor is in a unique position with backing from Apollo Global Management to begin gaining market share. The CEO, a man with incredible integrity, is bringing in a new caliber of leadership to compliment the team who has stuck with him through challenging changes. There is tremendous upside for people willing to roll up their sleeves and be the solution.

Cons

Leadership turnover is always disruptive. No room for malcontents or managing through fear. Those characters are gone now, but some legacy ripple effects still making their way out of the organization. Operations does need more accountability for service levels.
