1. The people around you. The only thing that keeps you going are the coworkers. 2. Office is located in Indiranagar. 3. Work can get interesting as the company is trying to solve a complex problem.
Cons
1. CEO - has no vision and makes random overnight decisions. Disrespects his employees and has zero people management skills. Never lives up to promises. 2. Top to bottom approach is followed here. Decisions are made by 2 people and has to be followed by everyone. 3. Worst work culture. 4. Growth prospect might be decent for entry level but not at all for mid and high level positions. 5. Stressfull work environment is created by the Management. 6. Management has the knack of lowering the self esteem of their best talent. 7. Very weak founding team.
