Pros
1. Your peers. You'll form a soul bond with some people you won't be able to let go of. 2. The product was genuinely incredible at one point of time. It's what kept me going despite all the bullying, drama and politics.
Cons
1. Your work means nothing. Your impression is everything. They'll ignore hard facts and peer evaluations that prove you're doing a decent job if they don't like you. 2. No room to learn. They'll cage you in a category and never let you try anything outside it. 3. Fragile egos all around. 4. Lack of clarity in your role and responsibilities. 5. Generally, people who work hard and go the extra mile are rewarded. Not here. You'll be worked like a slave and expectations of you will become ridiculous. They'll juice you for all you're worth and discard you. 6. Having been yelled at in front of the entire office on multiple occasions, I can confidently say there's no respect for your existence as a fellow human being.
