Unexpected OT I norm, demanding work loads, poor unorganized magement, nepotism and favoritism runs rampant. Most employees aren't at happy day to day. Owner is a hippocrate who tries to tell you your family but doesn't care about you. Filled with casual rasists and sexists and nothing is done to curb them.

The work is consistent and if you need overtime most of the management is willing to work with to get you cross trained to get additional hours. The owner values family very highly so those who have children will have more leeway.

Pay is slightly below average the region.
