Pros
Dynamic Connections is committed to the success of both their customers and employees. Management showed genuine care about my personal development, not just for the benefit of the company, but in my other endeavors as well. There is an emphasis of community and support between all employees. While work is taken seriously, there is also lots of banter, joking, and laughter. Even as a brand new hire, I was made to feel very welcomed and part of the group. Daily walk breaks and group meditations were provided to break up periods of work and free lunches and bonuses were provided when targets were met (which happened often). This is the type of work environment and culture you brag about to your friends and family. While I have taken my career path in another direction, I look back at my experience at Dynamic Connections with much fondness.
Cons
Due to the industry, the work is demanding and fast-paced and there is a long learning-curve, but if you put in the work, the rewards are worth it.
