Pros

Does ok for employees most of the time. But somewhat hypocritical.

Cons

The leads are not warm leads. It is a primarily fake appointment set up. You work yourself inside the house and then after doing an "inspection", you surprise the "client" with a solar solution...

Bait and switch sales approach. This will be one of the main concerns homeowners will have. So yes, you do have pre-set appointments, but that doesn’t mean homeonwers are actually interested in solar. The “Energy Assessment” is just the “hook” to get in their home. The industry as a whole has horrible reputation, and while Dynamic’s product actually makes sense (Energy Components Upgraded + solar), the industry reputation leads to a very high cancellation rate (and you won’t get any commission until you get a system installed, which takes 4-6 weeks in average. Did I mention bait and switch sales approach? Rarely ever will you be able to offer a competitive price. So they focus on telling you not to sell on price… Not the best schedule, but it’s dictated by the nature of the role.
