      Pros

      - Great back office staff always willing to help - Good place to go for an interim period if contracting and need to switch to perm - If you prefer more handoffs, minimal management then a good place to be

      Cons

      - Don't really help you find new project opportunities - this is solely your responsibility - Very hands off can be isolating at times and feels more like a money grab of your client pay
