Pros

Wonderful team. The job is interesting and challenging. Broad responsibilities allow for experience that you would not get otherwise.

Cons

Work can be stressful, and upward mobility is not apparent.

Pros

The co-workers and environment have been pleasant during my time so far here at Dynamic. The company is growing and employees are provided with the tools needed to accomplish new initiatives. There is a high priority put on innovation and process improvement and management is open to investing in new ideas.

Cons

I have no downside to working here; we have a fast-paced and ever-changing workload that helps keep each day interesting.

Pros

Most managers and colleagues were very friendly and enjoyable to work with. It was mainly a pretty comfortable, easy job that went by quick during the day. The office and break areas were nicely furnished, well-stocked, and clean.

Cons

The managers gave very little guidance or clarifications on rules and expectations regarding client relation policies in order to prevent costly mistakes. Employees were discharged with no prior warning or review of any kind whatsoever of what they did wrong or even a chance to do better. The department manager consistently neglected to give most employees their designated time in her office each month, however, certain employees were allowed to meet in her office for large periods of time, which consisted mostly of chit-chat. Colleagues with seniority were allowed to either ignore, or berate new employees for making minor mistakes, and excused for not being good with new people. The upper manager was very strict and a bit cold, with very little empathy or interest in employees. The lowest on the rung seemed unimportant and replaceable to them, despite the fact that they worked hard and were put under a lot of stress. Lastly, they recently took a big financial hit, which sent the business and work environment on a downward spiral.
