Huge culture problem - Quality Assurance Dynamic Manufacturing Employee Review

Huge culture problems, language barriers, complete lack of direction and procedures, no accountability. Everyone does whatever they want or thinks will be best, whether it's 180° opposite what few directions are in place or not. No authority to change problems, but full blame for outcomes. As long as product is being pushed out the door it doesn't matter how it's accomplished , but then when something goes wrong blame lands on you. Huge efforts spent on meaningless minutiae, while the 800 lb elephant in the room is ignored. Held responsible for processes never trained on, and no prior direction given.
