The company keep purchasing more businesses which means it keeps growing. It has a small business feel with corporate leadership.
Cons
The salaries for executives are good, but they do not pay competitive wages for non-executive employees. My current salary is 10,000/yr under what is should be. Management does not make it a point to show appreciation to employees. In my time here I have seen a gross abuse of power. Executives expect their needs to be considered over needs that actually affect the business. There is a lack of communication at all levels and management quality in the departments i have exposure to is relatively poor. Owners took pay raise which effectively suspended raises for directors and managers. Average yearly merit raise is 1% - 2% which is very poor.
