Our compensation structure is benchmarked against comparable firms, taking into account role scope and geographic market differences. Terms are communicated during the offer process. We are committed to maintaining a professional and intellectually honest culture, and many researchers and PMs have built long-term careers with us. Pros

- VERY understanding and patient colleagues; As someone who started as an intern and was converted to a full-time, I still have much to learn and sometimes make a few mistakes but my colleagues and mentors have always been understanding and help out whenever they can - No office politics from what I know of, everyone talks quite neutral and is work-focused so very rarely, I find anyone gossiping - Work is super flexible, since we get full autonomy over our work - we can manage our own work schedules according to our priorities

Cons

- Employees are given full autonomy in their work, so working here definitely requires self-motivation and initiative - Company follows a flat management structure means you’re expected to manage yourself which I think not many would be able to follow (mentors will still check-in on you and provide guidance but you are expected to manage your own tasks and responsibilities as no one will closely supervise your work or order you around)
