I was hired on at the salary I wanted. Got a decent title out of the ordeal, but it wasn't worth it.
Cons
The worst work experience I have ever had in my life. In the two and a half months I was there, I ended up uncovering very shady practices, I was harassed by my boss and then by her boss after she was forced to resign. I was witness to very suspicious activity regarding their client accounts, and services that didn't match up to client records. I ended up leaving the organization because I was being harassed so badly by management. Not just the location management either, but by the senior leadership of the organization. They also hired very green employees (including myself) so that they would not know the proper processes or protocols to catch on to the inconsistencies that were going on at the business. It was a very scary place to work, just in the fact that you didn't feel like you could trust anyone responsible for managing and overseeing the organization.
