Pros
I started working at Dynamis headquarters almost a year ago and have found the company to be very respectful and considerate of its' employees. The work culture is amazing (yearly events, monthly happy hours, etc) and my coworkers are friendly and motivated people who also come from really versatile backgrounds. Working here, you will gain a lot of industry knowledge and networking opportunities. Hierarchical thinking isn't prevalent and you will see that everyone interacts with everyone, from the front desk to our CEO. Micromanagement is not a thing within the IT division. Each individual is encouraged to explore and grow their career within the company as well as given the opportunity to upskill outside of the office as well. Working here has also allowed me to maintain a very healthy work/life balance. Lastly, I want to point out that Dynamis really does care about its' employees well-being and has taken the efforts to repurpose employees instead of laying anyone off during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic and this is honestly just amazing!
Cons
Compensation could be a better considering the DMV's cost of living. That being said, I started working here fresh out of college, so, my review cannot speak for compensation for more experienced folks.
