Excellent Management: - Dynamis regularly shows it cares for its employees - When COVID displaced employees the company actively sought to find other opportunities within the company for affected employees. - Managers would reach out regularly to check in on the well-being rather than micromanage. - The project managers have built an excellent team atmosphere and care for their team members - Company events are well attended and provide great opportunities for social and professional networking - Everyone including the top brass are approachable, friendly and welcoming - Management went above and beyond to ensure staff has what it needs to be successful by providing equipment need to work from home
Cons
- Except for company events there are not a lot of opportunities to visit HQ and experience the excellent HQ culture during working hours - PTO could increase more frequently based on a employees years of service, and separate paid sick leave would be good so employees don't have to bank a few PTO days for emergency purposes.
