      Pouca transparência na comunicação; Pouca flexibilidade no que se refere ao trabalho remoto; O estacionamento interno costumava ser reservado para pessoas específicas; Não existe plano de carreira; Muita rotatividade;

      Pros

      A promising business model with open and friendly working environment. Weekly osteopathy available to all employees expresses management concern with the team’s wellbeing.

      Cons

      Fast growing pains. All depends on how you see it: half empty or half full. I like half full, so no desadvantages.

      All critics are valid and allow to improve the company and its people however I believe the best way to address frustrations is discussing them along the way. Obs: nobody has left the hardware department for the last 4 years
