Pros
- Most of the employees are great and fun to work with. A bit on the older side (40+), but nothing wrong with that. - Great Benefits and Retirement Plan - Parking Garage was on the bottom floor of the building which was nice on hot days - Free gym access. - Company culture was getting better with yearly "Culture Sessions", which was nice and a fun group activity.
Cons
- The Technology Managers were among the worst humans I've ever seen. They would say horrible things about people behind their backs every chance they'd get. Even after people quit they would use them as the butt of a joke almost weekly and laugh. They always liked me, but I felt bad knowing people like this were working in the company and still being promoted. How they never got fired befuddles me. With the amount of money the company spent on culture training it was wasted on these people. - The office closed down after they sold out to another company leaving many of us looking for another job unless we wanted to move to Dallas.
