Biased and racist atmosphere. Under-stimulating if there is not enough work to do for people who want to really push their minds to the limits. People in this chain become afraid of those who have higher than normal intelligence levels and will push you out. High chance of getting robbed, shot, and killed since there are a large number of homeless people in the area.
