      Okay job for what it is, but prepare for overtime. - Data Center Infrastructure Technician E2 Optics Employee Review

      Pros

      - Lots of overtime available. If you have a bad marriage and want to stay at work all day then this is the place for you. - HR is on your side, they won't fight you over stupid stuff. - Safety comes first, it's not just talk. It can even get a bit ridiculous sometimes but I'd rather be safer than I need to be than not safe enough. - The actual work is not that difficult.

      Cons

      - Overtime is frequent and mandatory, planning for deadlines seems to be nonexistent. Everything is very relaxed until right up before the deadline then it's hurry hurry rush rush. - Supply and material management is disorganized in general. Shortages are common. - Planning is lacking in general. Everything has to be done twice and three times because it's never right the first time. This doesn't help the deadline situation either. - Slackers are tolerated, people who won't work and can't figure out how to come to work on time coast for months and months because management is desperate for people.

      Pros

      The communication from the top point of contact, going down the line seems to be coordinated very well. There is no confusion from what I’ve heard in the office translated to what I hear and see on the job site.

      Cons

      Whenever I am assigned to work in a specific part of the building that is without A/C during the summer months. But there are ways around that, staying hydrated and maintaining a healthy intake of electrolytes.
