5yThank you for your candid response. I am sorry to hear that your experience was mostly negative. E2i sets itself apart with the quality of team members that we hire. We look to all experience levels to continue this trend. Considering your other concerns, I am sorry that you felt micromanaged and that you were told that you were to blame for not being billable. E2i works hard to keep all of our team members active on project work. To do this, different parts of E2i must work together and put their best foot forward. Regarding your concerns with family benefits, HR is comparing what E2i offers to similar-sized employers to see if we are in line with expectations. Since I do not have the direct knowledge of the details regarding the use of your vacation, travel arrangements, and raise considerations, I would like to be as open and honest as I can be about any issues you may have had and would ask that you reach out to hr@e2i.net if you would like to share more.
