Great for starting career there looking for extensive experience early in career.

Management support was inconsistent, workloads were often high relative to team resources, and compensation and benefits lagged industry standards. Growth opportunities were limited, and the lack of a cohesive team culture made it difficult to feel engaged with the organization beyond assigned responsibilities.
