Pros
- Talking about video games for a living - Mostly light and small stock, so not too strenuous - Fairly relaxed presentation rules - (Most of) the people there are super nice
Cons
- Got harassed constantly by my manager - This man saw no repercussions and remained a manager after months of tormenting me and other women at my branch even after we came forward - This story is repeated across branches. I don't know if it's an EB Games thing, but it sure was frequent - Minimal pay rises for senior sales staff, managers' bonuses getting taken away for trivial reasons
