Pros
Most accounts are stable with only a few troublesome board members.
Cons
The owner wants to claim Managers are exempt employees despite maintaining a large workforce that does not seem to satisfy what the Federal Government requires to be exempt (higher level of education, flexible hours and direct management of at least 3 employees). Client satisfaction consistently requires 50 - 60 hours of work but they do not want to pay overtime so they use this "exempt" categorization in the hope no one will challenge it.
