Pros
Aside from bosses, most of the sales team I worked with were super cool & talented at their jobs.
Cons
Boss #1 - VP of X = one of those guys who is super friendly one moment, buying you lunch, then openly losing his temper in Zoom meetings if a question isn't answered to his liking. Boss #2 - VP of Y = Super busy, responsible for onboarding and training me, but clearly wasn't up to the task, leaving out things I would later get reprimanded for not doing. Boss #1 and Boss #2 were also in regular conflict with each other. Guess who got to be collateral damage? Me, as Boss #2 got progressively more hostile the more stressed he got under Boss #1 The lowest point was being guilted into going to the office (I worked hybrid) to fill a box with swag THE DAY I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID, after working a 10-hour day, three of those literally being lectured by Boss #2 over imagined grievances. Because he couldn't do it, living six hours from the office, you see, the privilege of upper-management. The only job I've quit in my professional career. Coincidentally, Boss #2 resigned from his VP position the same week, though not from the company.
