Very day is different for me, but I thrive on creative and out of the box thinking opportunities. Management seems to have open ears. There is a focus on wellness and the owners are genuinely thankful and proud for the work that their team does every day. The company invests in the success of the business.

My peers don't always seem as enthusiastic about their work which can be a bummer. Management sometimes seems like they are in a rut because they worry about the training issue of staff that they think would be unable to learn a new way of doing things.
