Great community on the service team side. Everyone is friendly with everyone. Lots of social interaction between teams. Company offers "Beer Thursdays" - free beer at 4PM in the office. Good to help relax and de-stress.
Cons
Severe disconnect between upper management and staff needs. Low Morale and high turnover rates. Pay scale does not follow current market rates. Individual excellence is not well compensated. If you want to make more, you have to work longer hours (Overtime). Company is mismanaged from the top down with a sole focus on generating revenue as opposed to generating value for the clients. Internal promotions are few and far between - and often given by favoritism over seniority and skill level. Office morale is low and the office environment is poor. Bathrooms are filthy and do not get cleaned often. Poor health care benefits - h increases in fees and decrease in company participation was barely announced to the company - it was hidden from plain sight. The company's management does not value employees, but treats them all as replaceable assets.
