      Pros

      The Culture is really great at ECOM. Everyone gets on super well and it is a very collaborative environment. I really like the clear progression structure as well as the training programme when you first join. We do fundraising for a charity we are partnered with and we have a lot of great social events and incentives.

      Cons

      So far I honestly do not have any cons to share.

      Pros

      The ECOM team was great to work with. They took care of the back office work and allowed me to focus on just working at the job I was placed at.

      I don't have a con to provide. Just know that this agency helps you find jobs, you must manager your own career.

      Pros

      Nice office location, worldwide base, free coffee, close to public transport, refitting office, get exposure to other countries and cultures

      Cons

      Nobody knows who is in charge or what the company results are. Very little understanding of roles and responsibilities. Generally known for paying poorly. We are all just overheads.
