such a unused potential. I guess if you end up in digital or creative team you can really thrive, otherwise - stay away.
Cons
bad teamwork, supervisors not understanding. i was actually very unpleasantly surprised that i knew more than my supervisors or management and that they just like to work 'the old way'. the management has been there for long time so if you try to tackle the subject of workload or organising work or coordination, they become very defensive. the politics of the firm is - you have to fit in and you're not seen as an additional contribution to the company but more as an expense. the individualism is very strong and people fight for what#s theirs and not for company - so, no teamwork whatsoever. there are no project teams and no information/knowledge sharing. you basically end up working on a project you do not understand because no one gave you proper handover of the project or even some introduction. just very poor organisation of work. if you end up here in bd or pmc or comms team - you're on your own. you need to be very resilient in terms of stress because if anything goes wrong - it will be your fault.
