All levels of management very accessible. There are a huge amount of very clever people at ECSC across a number of fields and specialities, I've yet to come across anyone that isn't happy to share knowledge and offer guidance. Everyone committed to being the best at what they do makes it a fun, positive place to work. Management seem genuinely focussed on making staff happy. SOC & technical team are the best I've ever worked with.
