Excellent place to work (4-day work week, 100% salary, 30 days vacation, 32 hours work/week) - Front End Developer ECT Employee Review

Very interesting to work with other colleagues from different cultures and background. We often meet outside the office. 4-day work week !!! Paradise on earth. 100% salary, 30 days vacation and 32 hours to work. All said, or? Nothing to complain about management (direct or top level management). Great project to work on as a developer: low code platform. Very interesting. More and more women joined the company in the last years and I do not see any differentiation. There are many colleagues who works here for more than 10-15 years and are always providing their support and experience when needed. The overall package is more than fair. Free breakfast/lunch/drinks, you are paid 13 months and I always received a company bonus in the last years. It is always possible to request for an external training/class on a topic which is in the area you are working at. MBAs were financed to some colleagues. Growth inside the company is possible, some employees started at a lower level and reached management positions. There is a Christmas party once a year (did not happen in the last 2 years due to COVID). Squad meetings are held and also regular meetings are with upper management to discuss our day-to-day work, improvements/suggestions. Company informatoin (sales, strategy, etc.) are also presented during this meetings. Company updates are also shared from the marketing team.
