1.4day company culture work with a team of international collogues. I had the opportunity to learn, grow professionally as a team .(But only for a limited time). 2.The collogues are friendly, approachable and some has real talents that unfortunately is not appreciated 3.Free lunch and German classes 4.Free courses to improve your skill
Cons
1.Salary is incredibly lower than in the market and no effort from the management to increase the same even after repeated conversations. 2.The management does not really trust the employees hence leading to micro management, getting emails weekly if we have spend less hours,6 months notice period and no compensation for more working time, 3.The people working has very less vision about the project. The vision needs to be clear for everyone in the project 4.Unrealistic timelines prepared by the POs without discussing it with the team. 5.Unprofessional approach(including asking the employees to rate good in glassdoor) and lack of career growth.
