Pros
It's a young, flexible, proactive company. I'm a translator and they outsource work to me. Edicom is my best client, and not only because they always pay on time. Communicating with staff as the need arises is never any problem.
Cons
I can't really think of any. Before translating for them, I used to teach English in-house there and the staff were some of the best EFL students I've ever had in terms of interest, ability and motivation.
