Pros
The Pros include the fact that it´s a European company based in Spain, I got to travel to Spain to train for 3 months with all expenses paid. The staff was fairly nice, I got to travel outside of Spain during my training and lived in a nice apartment with other staff
Cons
Back to the office the commission is hard to earn, the pay is low, the benefits are ridiculous and a joke...
