Pros
Good ambient, no pressure, good relations between most of the consultant colleagues.
Cons
Your Salary will be raised around 1% each year but forget to ask for a better salary, or changing position. They force you to take vacations by at least 5 days in a row. They check your entrance and when you leave. You can leave after the established hours but forget to leave just some minute before (In that case you must ask for a day of vacations)
