Pros
- Lack of management leaves lots of time to look at pictures of cats online - All staff have access to secure government documents & contracts even after being sacked or resigning - Some of the people who work in the business are actually quite pleasant and friendly
Cons
- Facilities very dirty and smelly. Difficult to tell kitchen and toilets apart sometimes - Senior managers employing all their mates who have a lack of experience for the roles they are employed for - Sexual discrimination. Female members of staff not listened to and a "leave the man to do the work" attitude.
