Really great group of people to work with. Helpful, willing to train, overall good human beings. I’ve learned and grown my skills a lot since starting here.

Pay is not great. Hours are approx. 8-5 instead of the usual 9-5.

If you consistently adhere to a affirmative stance without independent critical thinking or the ability to discern when issues arise, this environment may align with your approach. However, for those capable of independent thought, seeking alternative employment may become a prudent choice. The managerial practices within this company are, in my experience, sub-optimal, characterized by a notable lack of communication, and at times, no communication at all. The absence of effective communication channels raises concerns about organizational transparency and can contribute to a challenging work environment. Caution is advised regarding involvement with the 'good old boys club,' as individuals within may prioritize personal advancement, potentially resorting to betrayal for self-promotion. I would not endorse this workplace as a viable opportunity even to my most formidable adversary.
