      Pros

      - The people who work there are great and are easy to get on with. If you are stuck there is always somebody around to help.

      Cons

      - Impossible to book any holiday, had to cancel approved holiday on many occasions. - I was told there would be opportunities to go on training courses, but it never happened. - Not much trust from the management. - The technology needs to be updated.

      Pros

      If you love people and sincerely want to help with financial planning and retirement plans, it can be a great place to work. A lot of associate support, and you will be running your own office.

      Cons

      You'll work harder and longer hours than ever before in your life. There will be a firehose of information coming at you at all times. Be prepared for up to five years building your business with very low income, unless you are really a superstar.

      Pros

      Hours, Flex-time, Co-workers, Good working environment. Learning curve is not steep. With some forward thinking, I would have stayed for years to come.

      Cons

      Not Challenging work. Culture is stoic. Company needs to invest in employee growth.
