      Pros

      Depending on management this can be a great place to work however they want you to do everything and anything to sell home broadband even in mobile customer service

      Cons

      As mentioned above, do anything to reduce your bonus

      Pros

      Base pay is decent for retail, staff discount on phone line and broadband. Reward scheme is flexible on top of commission money, room to move within the larger group.

      Cons

      Restrictive systems, lots of back and forth between store and customer service. Manager can make or break your experience with pushy sales tactics or deceptive bundling of items. Targets can be high when traffic doesn’t come through.
