Two divisions (engineering and environmental) that each have multiple practice areas, that promote diversified professional growth and/or the ability to specialize in one area. From top to bottom the people and culture are supportive and open to quality ideas that help the business sustain, grow and remain impactful for its employees and clients well into the future. As the company continues to grow its staff, and expand its client base locally and nationally, there are multiple opportunities for success at all levels of the company.

The offsite IT is sometime inefficient to resolve tech issues. Typically there are work arounds, but as the company continues to grow, it will be important to improve on these, and potentially bring portions of IT in house.

Beautiful office, nice people, company promotes birthdays and social events

Poor work flow organization, junior professionals are looking for work by the end of the week. Inefficient use of company resources and report integrity (environmental side of the shop) is mediocre.
