Cons

Long hours, unfair treatment and major delayed response and coverup of mistakes known and continue making. Higher management must learn to know what ground support is up against.

Cons

Pay/claims can come in late without a good reason, underpaid and overworked staff, squeeze projects and hand out uncompleted products. Which is why supporting the product/apps sucks. Software team/lead are incapable, high turnover. Many things are decided on a whimp and not thought out thoroughly. Worst case boss trust client more than the workers, unless u work there 10years
