      To many chiefs and not enough indians l worked their for over a year and still didn't have ppi equipment wasn't getting anywhere and made me ill with severe depression lot of turnover of staff

      A lot of opportunity to influence change. Multicultural. Growing very fast. Very accessible leadership team.

      Cons

      Immature. Poor communication. Weak managers at middle management level. Chaotic at times. Uncompetitive renumeration.
