None really, can be slow at times

Coworkers and other departments are easy going and easy to work with. Engineers were created exhibits for are a pleasure to work with. Benefits are great, nice office and somewhat interesting work. Great pay, PTO, VTO, etc.

GIS Management is toxic and somewhat childish unless you like to compete with your direct team and/or enjoy being made to feel subordinate. Work is almost always the same handful of tasks. Little chance for advancement aside from favorites.
