Pros
I worked for this company for 4 years. My job was to develop problems and check problems already developed for typo. a) You could make your own schedule b) Pay was good c) you could work from home d) it was easy to talk to your boss and address your concerns
Cons
a) Expectations were too high b) they always had some one else to check your work and if you had typo , you would not get paid until everything was to satisfactory. c) their rule was 3 strike and you are fired, so if you decide to work for them you ought to be very careful
