      Meeting new people, opportunities to travel, product knowledge, training opportunities for treatments and products

      Cons

      Long day's, reception/manager purposely overbooking diary for "business needs" causing staff to leave later than paid for, poor pay, poor commission system. Head office have no clue how to functioning spa actually works leaving therapists hanging on by a thread

      None. If you are smart you will run from this company.

      This place is crashing and burning quickly. Its ran by a President NA who is a dictator who cares nothing about his employees and is only concerned with making money. He treats his entire team with no respect and treats women with no respect and values . There is no diversity, training , processes and you are on your own to succeed. The UK team does not care about the NA team and HR plays a significant role in the toxicity that drives that business. The turnover is extremely high l. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn and feel supported this is not it.
